*The QUIKRETE Companies*, the leading producer of packaged concrete and related products, is seeking qualified candidates to fill a *Maintenance Supervisor* position at our *Pounding Mill, VA* location.
Previous hands-on maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Good equipment troubleshooting skills are needed for this position in addition to a working knowledge of PLC’s, welding and cutting.
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, high and low voltage electric, batch systems, palletizing equipment, and furnaces are a plus.
Responsibilities include direct supervision of the maintenance department, preventative maintenance program, and equipment installation/rebuild projects.
