Bosphorus Custom Order 19” Crash Cymbal - 1463 grams - $215 (Abingdon)

Bosphorus Custom Order 19” Crash Cymbal in excellent used condition.
It weighs 1463 grams and the top of the cymbal features a portion of un-lathed/raw Black Pearl alloy in the center, around which is a portion of lathed Traditional alloy in a reflective brilliant finish.
the bottom has a completely lathed natural Traditional finish.
This is a light weight thin cymbal that is quite flexible and is capable of producing a considerable amount of edge wobble.
There are no dings, no cracks, and no key-holing on this cymbal.
The main signs of use are finger prints, some stick marks, and a some light surface scratches.
This is a dynamic cymbal with a dark dry sound; it has a crash that opens up quickly with a relative short sustain making the wash fairly controllable.
It also has a fair amount of stick definition for a thinner crash when hit on the un-lathed portion of the bow.
It's multi-functional depending on your needs but due to it's light weight for it's diameter, it's probably best suited for low to medium volume settings.
