SWVMHI is looking to hire dynamic Part-time Wellness Rehabilitation Specialist to provide Psychiatric Rehabilitation/Recovery group work and individualized therapeutic activities with Wellness emphasis for individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental, emotional and behavioral illnesses, intellectual disabilities, developmental delays and/or substance abuse disorders.
Minimum Qualifications Experience providing rehab, wellness, fitness, exercise or nutritional services to special populations diagnosed with severe or persistent mental illness, developmental delay, and/or substance use.
Experience in planning and providing direct mental and behavioral health services using recovery concepts.
Additional Considerations Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university with a major in wellness, exercise, or nutritional studies; or graduation from an accredited school in rehab or a rehab affiliated degree such as Vocational Rehabilitation, Recreation Therapy, Music Therapy, Psychology, or Counseling.
