The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Temporary Training Coordinator for our Transportation-Construction Management Practice in the Abingdon, VA office.
This is an in-person position.
This position will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our Transportation-Construction Management Practice in our Abingdon, VA location regarding the training and certifications requirements of our staff in multiple states.
This position will interact with both associates and vendors to schedule trainings, request and receive various training certifications, and be responsible for data entry into our database.
This position will handle periodic auditing and maintenance of files, including conversion of images or Word documents to PDF.
The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, collaborate well with others, and have strong organizational skills.
This candidate must also be adaptable to changing conditions, willing to receive instruction and direction on specific objectives, and able to work under time constraints to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Comfortable working in-person
Keen attention to detail skills are required
Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, love challenges, and have a can-do attitude
An expert at prioritizing multiple tasks and can adapt to changing priorities and direction in a progressive work environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a willingness to help others
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and Adobe Acrobat
Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional software and experience with enterprise systems
Self-managing own workload and setting priorities
Hiring Salary Range: ($42,600.
00 - $63,900.

The final agreed upon compensation is commensurate with experience relative to the position and/or primary work location.
