Brand new ac - never opened - $250 (Welch)

I have a brand new, 8000 BTU air conditioner (window unit) for sale.
It's never been opened/used and still in it's original box/packaging.
Item is located on the 2nd floor in The I'm Free Apartments building in downtown Welch (straight across from the DMV).
*PICK UP ONLY; NO DELIVERY* If interested, we'll meet and I'll sit the unit outside of my apartment.
Be advised there are almost 50 stairs to my floor and you will have to find a way to get this unit downstairs yourself.
I won't carry it before I don't want to be liable if it's dropped and/or damaged.
